LSE hosts Daniel Chandler for talk on Free and Equal
The London School of Economics and Political Science hosts Daniel Chandler for a talk about his new book Free and Equal: What Would a Fair Society Look Like? on Monday 15 May 2023.
In the talk Daniel Chandler will explore how Rawls’s ideas can rehabilitate liberalism as a progressive public philosophy, and point the way towards a practical agenda that would reinvigorate democratic politics and transform, or even transcend, capitalism.
He will be joined by Professor Margaret Levi, Professor David Runciman, and Polly Toynbee.
