Olivette Otele shortlisted for the LA Times Book Prizes 2022
We are very pleased to announce that AFRICAN EUROPEANS: An Untold History by Olivette Otele has been shortlisted for the LA Times Book Prizes 2022 in the History category.
The award honours the best books of the previous publishing year. Other categories include: biography, current interest, fiction, first fiction, mystery/thriller, poetry, science and technology, and young adult fiction.
The author of each winning book receives a citation and $1,000.
The winners will be announced at USC’s Bovard Auditorium on April 22, before the start of the 27th Los Angeles Times Festival of Books on the 23rd.
