Eleanor Barnett's Leftovers finalist for the Guild of Food Writer’s Food Book Award
We are thrilled to see that Eleanor Barnett's Leftovers: A History of Food Waste and Preservation is a finalist for the Guild of Food Writer’s Food Book Award!
The Awards honour the depth of expertise, creativity and diversity in contemporary food media.
The winners will be revealed at the Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, 18 June 2025, at the Royal Institution, 21 Albemarle Street, London W1S 4BS. The presentation will take place in the Royal Institution’s world-famous theatre.
Leftovers was published by Head of Zeus in 2024.
