Rosie Mackean

Rosie Mackean is a chef, food stylist and recipe developer. After working in top London restaurants, Rosie has worked for 6 years as a stylist and home economist on books, television and advertising, as well as writing and developing recipes for magazines, brands and celebrity chefs. Her particular love for Italian cuisine (and medical addiction to pasta) bleeds into her convivial, ingredient-led cooking that she showcases on her Instagram @rosiemackeanpastaqueen and in her popular Substack ‘The Dinner Party’. Rosie lives in Hackney and is almost always cooking, or eating, or thinking about cooking and eating.
